Hand-held MM-380 weld checkers have been designed to provide quick, precise and comprehensive measurements of the welding process. MM-380 weld checkers utilize a weld through sensor measures current, voltage and force simultaneously between the electrodes. These weld checkers also feature a 5” color display, which provides precise graphical displays of waveform time and amplitude, in addition to numeric peak and average values. Measurement setup, waveform analysis and menu navigation is very straightforward, and achieved using a rotary encoder. Waveforms and data can be output through an optional in printer or via COM port for screen capture and data collection.
